We had the absolute pleasure of working with Mr. and Mrs. Williams on A greenhouse for their backyard recently and could not have asked for better company on this journey.
Larry Williams, an accomplished professor of sociology, now enjoying his retirement with lovely wife Gay, reached out to us after years of searching for the right greenhouse as a gift to his better half. While they both share a green thumb, Mr. Williams told us that it is Gay's enthusiasm for gardening and attention to detail that brought life to their little backyard paradise. Mrs. Williams, who is also enjoying her retirement from a prestigious career in criminal justice, knew very well what to look for in a quality greenhouse that was capable of keeping delicate vegetation thriving in harsh Texas weather, and found exactly that one sunny summer afternoon with a trip to Smith's Gardentown in Wichita Falls, TX.

Mrs. Williams told us she and her husband had lived in their beautiful house for 20 years, slowly but surely organizing and designing flower bed arrangements, planting saplings, and watching their aspirations flourish day by day with their morning coffee. She shared with us that since living there, they had been wintering their fragile flora in their garage using grow lights, but never had much luck, watching several beloved plants die despite their best efforts. She expressed her excitement in the potential a greenhouse like ours could have in their garden, and with a simple phone call the order was placed.
Mr. and Mrs. Williams had one concern. Their home rests on a zero lot with very little access to where the greenhouse needed to be placed and well established trees and shrubs surrounding the area. A simple fence panel removed and the expertise of Dillion at Lonestar Shed Builders, proved to Mr. and Mrs. Williams our capabilities and dedication to servicing our customers. Within a couple of hours, the Williams' had the greenhouse of their dreams and we had new friends!
We at C&J can not express our gratitude and appreciation to the William's' enough for their trust and their business, and are extremely proud to have gotten to know these great people!
